Q: I installed a program for a trial, then I removed it from my desktop, but it still coming up whenever I start my computer, How can I get rid of it and remove it completely?

A: Removing an icon from your desktop will not remove the program itself. To remove the programs from your computer; do the following:

1: click the “start button”, choose “Control Panel”, it will either open another window or a sub menu, find “ Add or Remove Programs “ or “ Programs Uninstall “ and click it.

2: Another window will open; it might take a minute ore more to show up the installed programs on your computer.

3: Choose the program you want to remove and click it, then choose “ Change/Remove” on the right column ( Windows 2000 / XP ), or “Uninstall” ( windows Vista / Windows 7), and follow the instructions.

Q: Icons on my desktop are very small, is there a way to make them bigger so I can see them easily?

            1- Click the right button on your mouse and choose “Properties” (Windows XP/2000) or “Personalize” (Windows Vista / 7) from the menu,

2- A new window will open, click on “Settings” tab.

3- On the lower half of the window you will see “Screen resolution” or “Resolution” bar and a slider lies between “Less and More” (XP/2000) or “Low and High” (Vista / 7).

4- To make text and icons appear bigger; drag the slider towards “Less” or “Low” and vise versa.

5- Click “Apply”, If you like it “Ok” buttons, if you did not like it; simply try another “resolution”.
